Ordering and Shipping Methods
After receiving an order concluding one day before harvesting, the fish are collected and transferred to our packing facilities in two hours time since the beginning of the whole process. Afterwards, using sorting machines, the fish are divided in the desirable sizes and packed in 5 , 6 or 10-kilo polystyrene boxes taking into consideration the shipping country. The delivery time is within a range of 5 hours for Greece, 12 hours for Italy and 20 hours for more distant regions such as the U.S.A., considering that our products are fresh.
The Partnership
Each and every partnership is separate and based upon a previous agreement made individually, regarding the price of the fish that is set based upon the global market rates, and the quantities that every customer wishes to purchase for the current year.
The completion of an order is supported by a fully functioning on-line system and human resources that ensure the conduct of the process and offer full-time support, information and customer service from the moment of harvesting until the time of delivery.
